Eva Szabo
I started drawing while still in high school and this remained a fun hobby my
friends and family enjoyed. After a long break and some changes in my life, I
picked up color pencils and started creating "portraits" of people - friends - that
were not your usual, everyday portraits. Somehow I seemed to grab the essence
of these women in the pictures. Then, I started painting.
I just felt that drawing in color pencils was not enough, and definitely not fast
enough for me. I wanted more freedom and speed that painting affords me. I
paint vibrant abstracts with intense, saturated colors; my main medium is acrylic,
which I paint on canvas.
I have also created beautiful greeting cards using my own images. To find out
